Irradiation Service Introduction
Cable irradiation is the use of high-energy electron beams to hit the insulating material of the wire to receive energy to produce cross-linking, which is transformed from a thermoplastic material to a thermosetting material to improve its physical and mechanical properties.
Cable Illumination Performance Advantage:
• Improved mechanical properties to improve tensile strength, wear resistance, cutting resistance, extrusion resistance and other properties.
• Improved thermal stability, less susceptible to deformation or melting when exposed to high temperatures.
• Direct solder is not easy to shrink and has good workability.
• Improved chemical resistance, difficult to dissolve in solvents.
• The soldering iron resistance is improved, and the soldering iron (200-300℃) will not dissolve when it touches the insulation during processing.
